We’ve been a bit lacking with the barbecue this year, partly due to the dreadful weather, partly due to getting a bit fed up with sausage and burgers again and again. Today, however, I wandered over to the Curry House site to update my Chicken Dhansak recipe and lo and behold, some barbecue delights.
They also have a link to Planet Barbecue, which looks like it’s got some great ideas to try like Barbecue Eggs (with mushrooms alas, so not for Judy) and Chocolate bananas.
I’m inspired again.
