This thing is what Microsoft is sponsoring at the Chelsea Flower Show this year. It’s a “garden workspace pod” that you’re meant to sit in and get some work done. I take it that the designers don’t have two boys that like kicking a football around. You may as well paint a target on the thing and be done with it. The fact that it rotates around 360 degrees would also add to the hilarity…
Between that and the racket when the standard summer downpours come, or the heat on the rare hot days, I can’t see how you’d get any work done. Maybe it’s apt that Microsoft are shelling out for it.
It reminds me of that machine Magneto sits in when hes trying to brainwash the senators in X-men.
I cant believe is a microsoft project – does Bill Gates sit in there while hes contemplating taking over the world?
Howdo dendragapus, good to see you. I thought of the X-Men thing, but that just seemed so, so impractical. So goddamn small.
I suppose if it’s just your brain that you’re using it’s one thing, but I’ve got a laptop and a mouse to wave around next to my desktop PC.
