Thisis a bit worrying. After seeing it in action in Ireland, I’m not convinced it’s such a great idea. Blanket bans, like Ireland, are too draconian – surely areas can be segregated so that smokers can continue to pollute themselves without causing a stink for the non-smokers?

    No, I think smokers should not only have to go outside but should have to sit on a sharp spike for the duration of their self-abuse.
